Sometimes you feel held back by something you can’t explain. Old fears, persistent patterns, or a vague sense of guilt may have roots in a past life. We often carry remnants from other lifetimes, which can show up as: • unexplained fears or phobias • recurring situations or relationships • feelings of guilt, shame, or fear without a clear cause • difficulties with abundance, love, or self-expression • soul contracts or old vows (such as vows of poverty, chastity, or obedience) ✧ What does this session do? Past Life Reiki 1 focuses on the first layer of healing: recognizing, opening, and softening energetic blockages that originate from past lives — such as trauma, vows, soul contracts, or unresolved experiences. ✧ This session supports you in: • unlocking your soul memory • releasing early layers of karmic pain • recognizing repeating patterns • softening soul contracts and ancient vows • activating your self-healing ability The energy knows where to go, even if you don’t. There’s nothing to force — just receive. To fully heal blockages from past lives, three sessions are needed. Each builds on the previous one and works through deeper layers of karmic energy and soul memory.
