1. Who am I and what do I do?​

I’m Guyanne Sirach, working under the name Phoenix Rising, based in Alicante, Spain.
I offer spiritual and personal development services, including 1-on-1 coaching, Reiki sessions, group programs, and online courses.

2. Services and Payment Terms​

• My services are offered either online or in person, depending on the program or session.

• Payment is made in advance via an invoice, which can be paid online.

• Your spot is confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling​

• You may reschedule a session free of charge, provided you do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling within 24 hours before the session is not possible and the session will be considered used.

• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

4. Privacy, Trust, and Respect​

• Your privacy is very important to me. Only basic information such as your name and contact details is stored.

• Anything shared during sessions is confidential and will not be recorded or saved unless you give explicit permission.

• Our collaboration is rooted in trust and mutual respect, creating a safe and open space together.

 

5. Intellectual Property​

• All materials I create (such as workbooks, audios, videos, and written content) remain my intellectual property.

• It is not allowed to share, copy, or sell these materials without my written permission.

• In case of misuse, I reserve the right to take legal action.

6. Liability​

• I work with love and dedication, but I cannot guarantee specific results.

• You are always responsible for your own choices and actions.

• Phoenix Rising cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of my services.

7. Applicable Law​

• This agreement is governed by Spanish law.

• Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Alicante, Spain.

8. Digital Products and Disclaimers​

• Digital products (such as online courses, downloads, recordings) will be sent to your email immediately after purchase.Please also check your spam folder.

• There are no refunds or cancellations possible for digital products after purchase.

• My work is meant to support your spiritual process and is not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice.

• By purchasing my services or products, you agree that you are fully responsible for your own choices and actions.

• You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
